Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Accepted: Unworn/unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
    • Clothing: Tags must be attached.
    • Groceries: Non-perishables only (unopened, undamaged).
  • Non-Returnable: Perishable groceries, hair services, and final sale items (marked clearly).

2. Refund Process

  • Step 1: Email us at hello@kulturalflair.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of damaged/defective items
  • Step 2: We’ll email a return label (U.S. only) or pickup instructions.
  • Step 3: Refunds issued within 5 business days after we receive the item.

3. Refund Methods

  • Original payment (PayPal/card) or store credit (your choice).
  • Shipping costs non-refundable unless the return is our error.

4. Exchanges

  • Size/color exchanges subject to availability. Contact us first to confirm stock.
