Booking & Cancellations

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. This will be applied toward your final service total. We do not offer refunds.

No-Call / No-Show: A fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% late cancellation fee. If you must reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Late Arrival

Please make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. This ensures that you receive the full, personalized service you deserve and allows us to maintain a smooth experience for all our clients. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show, resulting in the full service fee being charged. This policy helps us respect everyone’s time and keep our schedule running smoothly.

Service Integrity

At Kultural Flair, we take pride in our work, drawing on years of experience and a commitment to client satisfaction. However, due to the personalized nature of our hair services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our skilled team.

If you have any concerns with your style, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment for a possible adjustment.
