SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take for groceries/clothing?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days via USPS. U.S. delivery takes 3–5 business days. Track your package via email updates.

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. Contact us for questions about international orders.

Report damaged items within 48 hours by emailing photos to hello@kulturalflair.com. We'll resolve your claim within 2 business days.

Yes! Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We’ll email pickup instructions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return clothing if it doesn’t fit?

Absolutely. Unworn, tagged items can be returned within 14 days. See our Returns Policy.

Non-perishables in unopened packaging may be returned within 7 days. Perishables are final sale.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive your return.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take Stripe, credit/debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are secure.

Yes! We use SSL encryption and never store your card details.

Yes! Choose "Order on WhatsApp" at checkout, or call/email us to place your pickup order. Cash payment is accepted when you collect your meals.

How do I book a hair appointment?

Visit our Hair Services page, choose your style, and select an available slot.

Book at least 72 hours ahead. Weekend slots fill fast—schedule 1–2 weeks early.

Yes! Our African catering serves 20+ guests. Request a quote with your event details.

PRODUCT QUALITY

Are your African ingredients authentic?

Yes! We source directly from trusted producers in Nigeria and other countries.

All cotton Ankara is pre-shrunk and colorfast. Wash in cold water for best results.

Meals come in microwave-safe, insulated packaging to stay fresh during delivery/pickup.
